Question: Where do I enter my door size?

Answer: You will be prompted at checkout for you door opening width or feel free to email us @ thehomedecorstoreinc@comcast.net with your door opening size and include your order number.

Question: When will my doors ship?

Answer: All orders are custom made to the exact opening size. We ship 7-14 days after receipt of payment and door size.

Question: What height should I install my doors?

Answer:  We recommend for our standard height doors (42") to install them 18" off the floor to the bottom of the doors.

Question: Can I get my doors faster than 7-14 days?

Answer: Yes, give us a call we have expediting services available.

Question: Should I use poplar or oak material?

Answer: In general we suggest poplar as a paint grade and oak for doors that are going to be stained.  Both doors are strong hardwoods and 1 3/8" thick.
