Official Rules – Maritime Door Giveaway

No purchase necessary Contiguous U.S. (48) + D.C., 18+ Starts Sept 12, 2025 Ends Oct 31, 2025 Random drawing

1) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18+. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Void where prohibited.

2) Sponsor

Sponsor: Swinging Café Doors, 1775 State Rte 56, Spring Church, PA 15686.

3) Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.

4) How to Enter

  • Follow the entry instructions on the announcement page.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person.
  • No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances.

5) Entry Period

Begins Sept 12, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends Oct 31, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET.

6) Prizes & ARV

  • Grand Prize: One (1) Customized Nautical Porthole Door (ARV: $4,000.00).
  • Second Prize: $1,000 credit toward a Custom Nautical Door (ARV: $1,000.00).
  • All Entries: One (1) free 30-minute design consultation (ARV: $100.00).

Prize Limitations: Grand Prize covers up to $4,000.00. If over, winner pays difference. Order must be placed by Nov 16, 2025. All prize-related credits/benefits expire on Nov 7, 2005. Non-transferable; no cash redemption.

7) Winner Selection & Notification

Random drawing on/about Oct 31, 2025. Winners notified via email/phone; must respond within 72 hours or alternate selected.

8) Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor rights to use name/likeness for promotion without additional compensation.

9) Privacy

Info submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10) Limitation of Liability

Sponsor not responsible for lost/misdirected entries or issues; participants release Sponsor from related claims.

11) General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify violators and cancel/modify if fraud or technical issues impair integrity.
