Official Rules – Maritime Door Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Swinging Café Doors, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Swinging Café Doors, 1775 State Rte 56, Spring Church, PA 15686 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 9, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants may enter the Giveaway by submitting the entry form available at [website URL]. Limit one entry per person.

6. Prizes

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) Maritime Single Porthole Nautical Swinging Door, customized to winner’s specifications (approximate retail value “ARV”: up to $4,000).

  • 2nd Place Winners: Selected entrants may receive a $1,000 credit toward the purchase of a Maritime Nautical Door. Credit valid for 72 hours after notification.

  • All Participants: All eligible entrants will receive a free digital Nautical Design Guide.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 24, 2025. The winner will be announced live on YouTube and Facebook and notified via email within 48 hours. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 2nd place winners will be contacted individually by Sponsor.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, entry, and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

13. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
