Shipping and Return Policy
Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged. Generally all products with a 1 week or longer leadtime are custom made to order. Items must be returned in new unused condition.
1. Contact us to get a return authorization and a prepaid mailing label.
2. Package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. We expect the product to be returned in new condition.
3. We will inspect and if new condition we will provide a credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
International Return Procedure
Eligible International returns require the customer to pay for shipping the product back and we will provide a credit minus a 10% restocking fee
Damaged Orders and Missing Items
It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival.
Any damage, including concealed damage, must be reported to email@example.com or call 1-855-343-6677 and pictures within 2 business days of receiving your product in order for a shipping claim to be processed. Please do not destroy or dispose of the packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please notify us of missing items within the first 2 business days of receiving your product. When a product sits for a long time before being inspected it is difficult to know if a particular issue occurred before or after arrival.
