- Allows the door(s) to swing in one direction only
- Adjustable spring tension returns the door to the closed position
- Great for wood door; ANSI template hinge
- All model rated for a maximum door height of 7 feet tall
- Wood screws are included with hinges
- Use three hinges per door, non-handed
- Do not use on doors with a beveled edge
- Available in several sizes including 4-1/2 x 4" and 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" sizes
