SwingingCafeDoors.com offers the following Returns Policy:

Return Policy: Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery. We will only accept returns on standard door openings 30”, 32” or 36”. Items must be returned in new unused condition with insurance. We will not reimburse shipping and buyer pays for shipping the item back. We will not accept any returns or give refunds on stained doors. Customers who pull chargebacks without following our return policy will be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
